Vaughn & I both had the Friday off so we went on an "all day marathon date"
Started off with doing a session at the Bountiful temple, then we went to the Olive Garden downtown, next we were off to the Gateway mall where we ran into some friends who were headed to a wedding reception that we were invited to as well...which we had totally forgotten about. We rushed over to the Gallivan Center for some wedding cake & hellos. What a fun filled day with my sweet husband!

We wanted to get a validation for parking so we purchased this tasty, yet rip off of an ice cream dish. After we had paid we asked for a validation, Ben & Jerry's ice cream gal & I quote:"Oh sorry, you can only get validations with bigger stores like Barnes & Noble", What!? Thats the most ridiculous thing we ever heard. So we paid $ 4.95 for ice cream & $1.00 for parking.
Lesson learned? We should have just settled for the $1.00 parking.
